Olive M. Bell

Olive M. Bell, was born Dec. 31, 1925 in Isabel, Kansas. She passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the age of 87. Olive entered Wesley School of Nursing in 1943 as a cadet nurse graduating in 1946. She started working at the VA Hospital retiring in 1981 after 34 years of service. In 1949, Olive and Clifford Bell were united in marriage. They were married 57 years until his death in 2006. Preceded in death by her husband, Clifford; parents, L.C. and Myrtle Corbin; brothers, Kenneth and Glen. Survivors: brother, Richard Corbin of Salt Lake City, Utah; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation: 3-8pm Tuesday. Service: 11am Wednesday, July 24, 2013, both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Memorials: Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N.
