Odile Sanborn passed away on Jan. 17th, 2019 at the age of 81. Odile was born in Lesigny, France. She was the youngest of 5 children. Odile grew up in France, where she went to Catholic school and graduated from college. On July 7th, 1956, she married Sergeant Jimmy Sanborn from Byron, Oklahoma. Odile and Jimmy moved from France to Derby, Kansas in 1957. She worked for Sedgwick County, Kansas as a clerk for 30 years, also she was a volunteer for the American Red Cross. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 30th at 1:00pm at Smith Family Mortuary - Derby 1415 North Rock Road, Derby, Kansas, 67037.
