Nancy L. Martin, age 71, retired office administrator for Dr. Douglas Livingston, passed away Saturday, January 22, 2022. Memorial service 10 am Saturday, February 5, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary 115 S. Seneca. She is preceded in death by her parents, Boyd and Geraldine Hermann. Survivors: daughter, Stacy Throop; brother, Michael Hermann (Tammy); grandchildren, Coy Throop and Caleb Throop; great-grandchildren, Kale and Caden.
