Minnie Ellen Anglin, the fifth of seven children born to John and May Goldsmith on February 3, 1925, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the age of 87. On April 20, 1939, she married John Anglin. The two of them were happily married for 58 years until his death in 1997 after a battle with cancer. Minnie was baptized on June 5, 1955 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She is survived by her brother George Goldsmith of Leslie, AR; sister Maggie Daniels (Alvey); daughter Carol Champagne (Bill); granddaughters Johnna Ware and Stacy Champagne; great-granddaughter Aislynn Mount all of Wichita; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband John; brothers, Pershing, Clyde and Ed Goldsmith and sister, Una Yeager. Viewing: 1-8pm Thursday, June 21, 2012 with family greeting friends 5-7pm at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Graveside service: 3pm Saturday, June 23, 2012, Sherman Cemetery, Oark, Arkansas. Memorial service: 3pm Saturday, June 30, 2012, Santa Fe Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 2700 S. Richmond, Wichita.
