Milton A Thompson

Mulvane - Thompson, Milton A Thompson 77, died, Saturday, August 26th, 2023. He was born April 13th, 1946 to Bessie Thompson in Portland Maine.

He joined the army in 1964.he spent 6 months in Vietnam. 1 year in Korea. 3 tours in Germany. and State side was Texas ,Kentucky and Georgia. He met his wife Miriam at Fort Bening, Georgia. They were married 7 December 1968 and were married 54 years.he enjoyed going to auctions, bingo and enjoyed fishing with his grandfather. Worked at the Fryburg Fair and delivered news papers for many years.

He is preceded in death by his mother Bessie Thompson, his Grandmother, Grandfather, and his uncles Manlee and Neal.

Survived by: his wife Miriam Thompson 4 daughters Etta, Phillis, April and Daisy. 2 sons Joseph and Arlie. 10 grand children, 5 great grand children. Aunts Uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday Sept. 3 2023 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Burial will take place at the Kansas Veteran Cemetery Winfield, KS.
