88, passed away Monday, August 21, 2017.
Visitation: Wednesday, August 23, 2017, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the family present from 6-8 pm at Smith Mortuary, Haysville 7031 S. Broadway Haysville, Kansas 67060. Funeral Service: 3:00 pm, Thursday, August 24, 2017 at First Baptist Church., Haysville.
He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia "Sue" Schmidt; grandson, Daniel Schmidt; two great-grandchildren.
Mike is survived by his son, Michael Schmidt (Debbie) and Fred Schmidt (Liz); daughters, Debra Sullivan (Edwin) Rebecca Burris (Jeff); 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two siblings, Thomas Schmidt and Anna Keith.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Haysville.
