Mickey Earl "Butch" Hollis, 69, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Visitation Thursday, 1-8 p.m., with family present 5-7; funeral service 10:00 a.m. Friday, both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Mickey was preceded in death by his father, Carrol Hollis and step-father Fred Crouse. Survived by mother Elizabeth Crouse, Derby; children Angela (Larry) Haug, Gering, Nebraska, and David (Kimberly) Birt, Cheyenne, Wyoming; brother Steve (Susan) Crouse, Rose Hill; 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews.
