Michael Ramirez

Michael P. Ramirez, Jr, passed away Saturday, January 8th, 2022 peacefully at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice Center in Wichita, Kansas, surrounded by family and friends. He was 48 years old, Life was sadly cut short due to cancer.

Michael "Mike" was born on June 2, 1973 in Blue Earth, Minnesota, to Michael and Juanita Ramirez. Michael was the 1st child to later be followed by Salvador and Jeffrey Ramirez. Mike spent most of his high school years in Derby, Kansas. He attended Wichita Technical Institute and graduated with a degree in HVAC. He was last employed as an appliance technician for All Action Appliance from Wichita. Michael enjoyed playing airsoft with his brothers, where Mike was the rank of Captain in their airsoft team, the 506 Freight Train for competitions. He enjoyed going to music concerts and coaching his son Christian's sports teams. Michael and his dad enjoyed cheering for their favorite baseball team the Chicago Cubs.

Michael is survived by his wife, Jean Ramirez and her children Julian and Zoee. His son, Christian Tylor Reppond, from Wichita, KS and daughter, Ashley and son Austin from Oklahoma. His parents, Michael Ramirez Sr. and Juanita Ramirez, brothers Salvador (Crystal) Ramirez (children, Cruzito, Carlos, Mia and Esenia) and Jeffrey (Nikki) Ramirez (child, Gage).

Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fidel and Consuelo Ramirez and Santiago Gonzales and Rosie Scearcy.
