Michael Allen Knotts

Michael A. Knotts, 73 of Peck KS. passed away in Wichita, Kansas at Wesley Medical Center on June 11, 2021. He was born September 30, 1947 in Evansville, Indiana. He leaves behind his loving wife of 53 years, Carol Knotts; Children Jeff Digman, Michelle Daniel, Nicole Wiebe and spouses; Grandchildren Dezerae, Joshua, Heather, Lisa, Zach, Garrett, Taylor, Katie; Great-Grandchildren Tyler, Aiden, Chloe, Brennan, Lilly, Kingston, Adalynn, Asher, Conway and Piper; Siblings Dennis, Terry, Janet, Brenda, Stacy and Emma.He is preceded in death by his parents Betty and Benton Knotts; Siblings Linda & Anita; grandchild Riley. Mike retired in 2002 from DLA-DOD as a government inspector. He was a Hunter Education Instructor for years and especially loved hunting and fishing with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mike was a collector who could spend hours with his model trains and loved telling anyone who would listen about each one. Services will be held 10am Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Smith Mortuary Haysville Chapel.
