79, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024. He was born November 20, 1944 to William and Lucille Casey Spurlock in Pryor, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jenifer Bell; and brothers, Richard Casey and Benny Casey.
Michael is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sharon Casey; daughter, Lanette (Rod) Kirkendall; son-in-law, Shawn Bell; grandchildren, Christopher, Timothy (Mel), Andrew (Eriselda), Ryan, Kaitlin (Jarod), Nick, Alyssa (Taylor), Caleb, Casey; great grandchildren, Jade, Jace, Micky, and Evie; brother, Bill (Gloria) Casey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice - Wellington, KS, 505 E 16th St #1, Wellington, KS 67152.
