Michael Todd Austin

Austin, Michael Todd, 51, passed away on April 28, 2026 in Ketchikan, Alaska. He was born on August 9, 1974, in Wichita, Kansas.

Mike loved spending time outdoors. He loved to hunt, fish, travel and spend time with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Merilyn Austin.

Michael is survived by his son, Lance Austin; father, Jerry Austin; and sister, Carrie Howard.

A visitation will be held from 11am - 1pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby, Kansas 67037. Burial will take place following the visitation at Wilmont Cemetery, Winfield, Kansas.
