Michael V. Anderson

Anderson, Michael V., 40, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015. He graduated from Wichita State University and was a member of Kappa Sigma. Michael worked as a Semi Golf Pro at Crestview Country Club. He was a devoted father, brother, uncle, and son. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Vince Massions and Linda Kline. Michael is survived by his parents, Frank and Patte Kline, Mike Anderson; son, Cahill Anderson; sisters, Jenny (Michael) Shaver and Larissa (Matt) Tobias; grandparents, “Granny” Massions and Ted Kline; and nephews, Steven Shaver, Austin Shaver, Trenton Shaver, and Isaac Tobias. Visitation: Wednesday, 1 to 5 pm at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037. Rosary: 7:30 pm, Wednesday at St. Mary Faith Center, 2300 E. Meadowlark Rd., Derby, KS 67037. Funeral Mass: 12 pm, Thursday, February 26, 2015 at St. Mary Faith Center. Interment to follow at El Paso Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Mary Faith Center Building Fund.
