No viewing. Celebration of Life Service: 10am Tuesday, November 7, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. A memorial is established with Good Shepherd Hospice, 7829 E. Rockhill, Suite 403, Wichita, Kansas 67206
