Maxine Rosella Hartman, age 80, of Derby, retired Cessna Aircraft employee, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Visitation 1-8 PM Monday with family receiving friends 5-7 PM followed by The Order of the Eastern Star service starting at 7 PM, Smith Mortuary 1415 N Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 AM Tuesday, Peace Lutheran Church, 405 W. 21st Street, Andover. Maxine is preceded in death by her husband, Carl; parents, Charley & Sylvia Johnson; and a grandson, Christopher. Survivors: son, Steven (Joyce) Hartman; daughters, Karla (Mark) Wilson, of Wichita; Theresa “Terry” (Harold) Pennington, of Belton, MO, and Patricia Trager; brother, Jimmy Johnson, of Lake Elsinore, CA; sister, Rosella Kenaston, of Washington, DC; grandchildren, Jennifer, Stacy, Jordan, Adam, Daniel, Cathryn (Robert), and Andrew; great-granddaughter, Elody.
