Matthew Troy Bookout

Wichita – Bookout, Matthew Troy, age 30, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Visitation 1-8pm Tuesday with family present 6-8pm at Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Road, Derby. Funeral service 2pm Wednesday at Calvary’s Rock Church, 2661 S. Meridian, Wichita. Matt was preceded in death by his grandparents, Troy and Toni Bookout, Penny Mullen, Jack and Dixie Adams; uncles, Larry Ferrell and Jerry Adams. He is survived by his parents, Randy and Robin Bookout; siblings, Nathan Bookout and Jaclyn (R.T.) Nave; children, Justin Schmitz, Ciera, Collin, Cody, Clayton and Cheyenne Bookout; nieces, Grace Bookout and Brooklyn Nave; companion, Christine Schmitz; ex-wife, Michelle Bookout; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
