Mason C. Allen

Mason C. "Mike" Allen, 82, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016 after a long illness. He was bornn in Rogerson, Idaho but enjoyed his childhood in Filer, Idaho. He was a longtime resident of Haysville. Mike was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of ten years. He was owner and operator of Allen & Son Basement Waterproofing Co. Survivors include his wife of 62 years Patricia; his daughter Teresa (Karl) Kastner; son Steven (Kim); grandchildren, Matthew (Amy) Allen, Courtney Allen, and Dale (Leann) Kastner; four great grandchildren; two brothers, and one sister. Memorial service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Emporia Avenue Church of Christ (Lincoln and Emporia Streets), Wichita. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Wichita. The family invites you to join them in making a donation in Mike's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
