Mary Catherine Wood, age 82, passed away May 7, 2017. Catherine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a homemaker and long time Haysville resident with her husband of 64 yrs, Jim. Visitation 1-8pm, family greeting 5-7pm Thursday evening at Smith Mortuary - Haysville 7031 S. Broadway; Funeral 10AM Friday, May 12, at The Wichita Three Angels Seventh-day Adventist Church 4558 N. Hydraulic Ave Wichita, KS 67219. Mary is survived by her children, Dennis, Donna (Dennis) Zelinsky, Brenda (Carl) Christensen; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth Wood, Justin (Carly), Greg, Bryan Zelinsky, Melissa (Aaron) Julius, Andrew (Jessica), Marc (Sarah) Christensen; 9 great-grandchildren; siblings, Viola Lee, Marie Clark, Rowd Kincade. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Hattie Kincade; husband, Jim Wood; granddaughter Luisa Wood; 10 siblings.
