Mary Sue West

Mary Sue West, 89, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, peacefully in her sleep.

Mary Sue was born January 16, 1935 in Roswell, NM to Frank & Beulah Wilson. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sheryl; 3 older sisters; and by a brother, Don Wilson.

Mary Sue married Wendell West, had 4 children, Sheryl married Jim Johnson, Stephen married Virginia, Sondra married Ed Barry, Sindy married Victor Beers.

There were 7 grandchildren - Lisa Lane, Charles & Bruce Johnson, Ginger Stelk, Rachel Bennington, Jason Beers, Jolene Phimmasone.

There are 15 great-grandchildren.

From the year 2000 to 2009, Mary Sue was manager of Ashley Lane apartments.

Visitation: 12:30 pm to 2 pm, Friday, April 5, 2024 with service beginning at 2 pm. Both at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca, Wichita 67213.

During the last 3 years she has made and donated to Klothes Kloset over 700 little girls dresses for low income and homeless families.
