Viewing: 2-8pm Sunday with family greeting friends 2-4pm at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service: 10:30am, Monday, June 8, 2015, also Smith Mortuary. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
