Age 88, Belle Plaine, KS, passed away, December 10, 2015. Mary was born August 23, 1927 in Wetmore, KS, the daughter of Charles and Leona (Loveless) Zabel. She married Ivan L. Scott on Dec. 8, 1946 in Wetmore, KS who preceded her in death on November 19, 1988. Survivors include her children; Harry Scott (Barbara) of Bluff City, KS, Ivan Scott, John Scott (Kathy), Doug Scott (Tonisha), Shane Scott (Stephanie) all of Belle Plaine, KS, Lee Hatfield (Steve) of Clearwater, KS, Linda Polk (Bill) of Orlando, FL, Sharon Lewis (Pat) of Belle Plaine, KS, 20 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Viewing will be from 1-6 Sunday at Hatfield-Smith Funeral Home, Belle Plaine. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Monday at First Baptist Church, Belle Plaine. Interment will be at Belle Plaine Cemetery.
