Mary Beth Lawless

Mary Beth Lawless, 83, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017. She was born February 21, 1933 to Clarence and Grace (Meigs) Short. Mary Beth retired from Mulvane High School as an English Teacher. She was a member of the Mulvane United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 56 years, Donald Lawless; and sister, Florence Farber. Mary Beth is survived by her children, Dona Beth (Jeff) Larimer, Daniel Lawless, and David Lawless and family; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 am, Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Mulvane United Methodist Church. Interment to follow at Belle Plaine Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202 or the Mulvane United Methodist Church, 107 S. Central Ave., Mulvane, KS 67110.
