Mulvane - Wright, Martha Jean
86, passed away Friday, December 8, 2017. She was born August 15, 1931, in Paden, Oklahoma to William and Oleta (Beasley) Giles. Martha was instrumental in establishing the Mulvane Historical Museum and was an active member of the Westside Church of Christ. Visitation Monday, December 11, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, family present 5 to 8 pm; funeral service 10:00 am, Tuesday, December 12, both at Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd., Mulvane.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Ralph; parents William and Oleta Giles; brother Don Giles. Survived by her children Roger (Debbie) Wright, Jeanne Fain, Philip (Diane) Wright, Lori (Mike) Clasen; grandchildren, Chuck, Justin, Lane, Jeremy, Erin, Jamie, P.J. Michael, Mario, Sara; 25 great-grandchildren; and brother Claude Giles.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mulvane Historical Museum, 300 W. Main St., Mulvane, KS 67110.
