Mark H. Haynes

Haynes, Mark H., 64, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2014 in Rose Hill. Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, 1415 N Rock Rd, Derby.

He was born Nov. 29, 1949 in Louisville, KY. He was adopted by BF and Betty Haynes in 1951 and grew up in Prairie Village, KS. Mark met his wife, Beverly in Kansas City in 1973 and was married in 1977.

He worked many jobs and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Newman University in 1993.

Survivors include wife, Beverly Haynes; sons Zachary Haynes (Stephany) of Wichita and Joshua Haynes of Rose Hill; daughter Jessica Elizabeth Haynes of Rose Hill; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was like a brother to his in-laws, Paul and Cheri Hogan and Margaret Sanders. He was preceded in death by his parents. His family will miss him but know our prayers and love will follow him to be with God in heaven above.
