Margaret Isabel “Maggie” Swingley-Clark, age 70, of Wichita, Haysville Healthcare Center employee, former Wal-Mart (Derby) employee, former owner Flap Jack’s Restaurant and Shenanigan’s, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012. Visitation 1-8 PM Wednesday, 1-7 PM Thursday with Rosary starting at 7 PM, Smith Mortuary, Derby. Funeral Mass 10 AM Friday, St. Mary Faith Center, 2300 E. Meadowlark, Derby. Interment will follow at El Paso Cemetery, Derby. She is preceded in death by her mother, Harriet Elizabeth Henson-Swingley. Survivors: her daughters, Shelley (Gary) Stephens, Haysville, Julie Bouthillette, Owasso, OK, Kathleen (Rodney) Greathouse, Wichita, and Heather (Ricky) VanNatta, Derby; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; sisters, Evaleen Buhl, of ElCajon, CA, Mitty Mohon, of Irving, TX, Elizabeth Carr and Mary Dewing, both of Wichita, Julia Riggle, Potwin,; brothers, Jim Swingley, Hallandale, FL, and Asa Swingley, Tehsachapi, CA; many nieces and nephews. Memorial donations to: Good Shepherd Hospice. Maggie was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her – especially her four girls.
