Welch, Marc Anthony, 23, passed away Friday, June 15, 2012. Visitation 1-8 pm Wednesday, funeral service 10 am Thursday, both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Marc is survived by his parents Greg and Chong Welch; sister Lea Welch; and grandmother Patricia Griffith. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Kansas D.A.R.E. Program.
