Major Ronald C. Hansen

Hansen, Ronald C., Major USAR (Ret.), 68, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015. He was born on February 15, 1947 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. In 1970 he married Connie Adams and together they had two sons, Kevin and Kelly. He served as a member of the United States Army from 1965-1996. Ronald is survived by his wife, Connie; sons, Kevin (Angela) Hansen, Kelly (Treva) Hansen; grandchildren, Alexis, Carter, Hannah, Conner, Karlie, Levi. The inurnment will be held at 2pm Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Winfield Veterans’ Cemetery, 1208 N. College St. Winfield, KS. A memorial gathering will be held following the burial at 4pm at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Derby, KS. Memorial donations to: ALS Association, 3450 N. Rock Road, Suite 211, Wichita, KS 67226.
