Elnora Lyn-Nell Reynolds Lowry Clark passed away on April 27, 2026 at age 87 years in Ransom, KS at Grisell Memorial Hospital ISB. She was born to Willie and Flossie (Fuller) Reynolds on February 26, 1939 in Dodge City, KS. She married her first love, Billy Lowry on November 10, 1957 when she was 18 years old. They spent their married life mostly in Rose Hill, KS. To this union, 5 children were born. Tomie, Teresa, Tod, Trevor and Tabitha.

She was a homemaker and devout Christian. The family was members of Linwood Church of the Nazarene for 30 years. They loved to entertain the church family with fireworks and homemade ice cream. With support from her family, she attended college at Wichita State University and graduated as a RN, BSN. She worked her career in the NICU at Wesley Medical Center. In March 1987, Billy passed away. She met Verle Clark and they married Oct 22,1988 and she moved to Palco, KS and continued her career in the NICU at Hays Medical Center. They attended Palco United Methodist Church.

In retirement, they moved to Rose Hill, Kansas and attended Rose Hill United Methodist Church and most recently to WaKeeney, KS to be near family for help. She was a member of the WaKeeney United Methodist Church.

She was very involved in church activities and loved spending time with her family. She would attend as many sporting and extracurricular events as possible, traveling long distances to make time for everyone. She loved cooking and baking and family, friends and neighbors were all blessed with delicious home-cooked items. Family favorites were her cinnamon rolls and homemade rolls and blueberry pancakes. A family recipe for Chocolate & Vanilla cookies has been passed down to the next generation. She enjoyed reading daily devotions, working on crossword and sudoku puzzles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Billy Lowry and Verle Clark, her son, Tomie, his wife, Kathy and daughter, Tabitha. Survivors include daughter Teresa (Myron) Schmidt of Olathe, Tod (Kathy) Lowry of Wichita and Trevor(Christina) Lowry of WaKeeney. Step- children, Guy (Kay) Clark of Hutchinson and Glenda (Allen) Parsons of Lawson, MO. 15 Grandchildren and 35 Great-Grandchildren. Her Uncle Dr. John Bealmear, Las Cruces, NM and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Smith Mortuary - Derby Chapel, 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037, with inurnment following the services at Rose Hill Cemetery in Rose Hill, Kansas.

Memorial donations may be sent to the Rose Hill United Methodist Church, 19551 SW Butler Rd, Rose Hill, KS 67133.
