Lula Ann Hendry

Lula Ann Hendry, age 76, of Derby, formerly of Dalhart and Dumas, TX, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and retired owner and operator of Mama Lu's Daycare, joined family, friends and her Lord in Heaven, Friday, June 15, 2018. Visitation 1-8 pm Wednesday, June 20, funeral service 10 am Thursday, June 21, both at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N Rock Rd., Derby. Lula is preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Norma Gore. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, John; daughters, Joann Caylene Burns, Caryn Greenstreet and Mary Bessey (Bruce), all of Derby; sister, Mary Kay Gore; grandchildren, Jake (Miranda), Jenna, Kelsi (Edgar), Kolby, Alicia (Rob), Heath (Tina), Cathy (Dave); great-grandchildren, Emiliano, Elijah, Abram, Ephraim, Imri, Oren, Uriah, Landon and Reece; nieces, Tammy, Kristi, Nicole, and many great-nieces and great nephews.
