Lucille Beyer White

Lucille ‘Sally’ Beyer White, 87, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2016 surrounded by her children. She was born October 9, 1928 to Jess and Rishie (Ely) Tate in Ashland, OK. She was happily married to Charles Beyer for nearly 40 years until his death in 1985. Sally and Charles made their home in Derby, Kansas and had four children, who grieve her passing: Debbie (Vic) Auer, Frank (Pat) Beyer, Mark (Helen) Beyer and Donna (Dave) Buck. Sally remarried in 1993 to Jewell White, who passed away in 2009 and is survived by his son Paul. Sally was devoted to her family and cherished the time spent together. She will be missed by her children and their spouses, nine grandchildren (Julie, Brian, Amber, Jason, Jared, Elizabeth, Jacob, Kelsie and Brandon), seven great grandchildren, her ‘Sis’ Betty Spears, numerous friends and extended family. She has left behind many broken hearts, but we are happy for her as we know she looked forward to passing from this life into Heaven. We hear the bells ringing. Funeral: 11 am, Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Pleasantview Baptist Church, 1335 N. Buckner St., Derby, KS 67037. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Sunday School Class at Pleasantview Baptist Church.
