103, passed away Saturday morning, February 2, 2019. She was born January 8, 1916 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, a daughter of the late Finn and Laura Diehl. Lourine was preceded in death by her her husband, Orie Rogers; and two siblings, Fred Diehl and Evelyn Council. Lourine is survived by her two daughters, Sandra Sanders and Joanne Rogers; three grandchildren, Teresa Ballard, Randall Barker (wife Kelley) and Christopher Barker (wife Gina); eighteen great-grandchildren, twenty-two great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Pauline Crane and Delores Archer. Visitation: Friday, February 8th, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Family will greet friends from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral Service: 2:00 pm, Saturday, February 9th, 2019 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane, with nephew Clyde Goff officiating. Graveside service to be announced at a later date and to be held in Dodge City, Kansas. Lourine's family will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Villa Maria, 116 S Central Ave, Mulvane, KS 67110, or to Maria Court Assisted Living, 633 E.
