Derby- Lloyd Barnes, 78, passed away June 05, 2025. He was born November 04, 1946 to Johnny and Mildred "Midge" Barnes.

He loved spending his time fishing, traveling, and enjoying good BBQ. He had a passion for playing guitar and relaxing while watching his favorite Westerns.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Barbara Barnes; and son, Mike Barnes.

Lloyd is survived by his children, Kim (Skoumal) Barnes, Eric Klose, and Heather (Doug) Dillner; daughter-in-law, Melinda Barnes; brothers, Steven (Linda) Barnes, and Keith (Cathy) Barnes; grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Come and Go Visitation: Smith Family Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Rd Derby, Kansas 67037 on Thursday 06/12/2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Service: Friday 06/13/2025 at 10:00am at Crosswinds Community Church 208 N. Georgie Ave, Derby, Kansas 67037. Interment to follow at Resthaven Garden of Memory
