Affectionately remembered as a happy little monkey in her early childhood, Lisa loved to climb, a trait her son later inherited. Lisa started playing T-Ball in kindergarten and played softball all the way through high school, going All State, and All Conference 4 years in a row, and playing summer ball, went to nationals 3 times. Lisa graduated from Valley Center High School, and she was the recipient of a softball scholarship at Cowley College. Lisa had a servants heart to help people, she volunteered as an EMT for the city of Derby, and worked as an Oncology Nurse, keeping in touch with patients and their families years later. There were countless times she seemed to be in the right place at the right time, jumping in while off duty to save the lives of those in need. Lisa had a beautiful voice, she sang in a Bluegrass band with her dad, together they cut a CD. Occasionally she was able to sing with her 3 sisters. She loved her family, visiting her grandparents and showering her nieces and nephews with love, surprises and magic. Lisa's pride and joy, the thing she was most proud of in her life, was her son Benjamin. They looked alike, and couldn't go anywhere without someone commenting on how precious or beautiful her Benji was. Lisa was baptized into Christ Jesus in 2003 with her sister Angie.
