Linda Ann Teachman

Linda A. Teachman of Haysville, Kansas, passed away at the age of 71 on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. She was born in New York City, New York, to Mike A. Vnucak and Helen Demovik Vnucak. In her early years, Linda was a legal secretary in the Big Apple, until meeting the love of her life who was stationed in New Jersey as a member of the Marine Corps, She moved to Kansas to become a homemaker and raise their two children. She thoroughly enjoyed gardening and putting together puzzles. She dearly loved her dogs who passed before her - Tonya, Rusty, Brandy, Bobbi, and Cocoa along with Chumley, the family rabbit.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Harold R. Teachman Jr; her daughters, Dr. Amy Denison (Robert) and Lisa Keatts (Jared); and her brother Michael Vnucak (Ann). She was an aunt to several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 27 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church Haysville, 125 S. Delos Avenue.
