Linda Irene (Porter) Caudle, passed away at her home in Haysville, KS on July 14, 2013. She was born on September 21, 1949 in National City, CA and has been a resident of Haysville for 30 years. She was employed at Haysville Healthcare Center (Diversicare) for 17 ½ years as a dietary aide. She will miss her dietary family. Her former boss, Beverly Mitchell, was also her best friend. Everyone at Haysville Healthcare was a friend and all worked together as a team. She believed that all of the residents are in good hands and seeing a smile on their faces always made for a rewarding day. Linda is preceded in death by her father, Robert E. McComas of National City, CA, her mother, Maxine V. Stiles and her step-father, Glenn Stiles of Haysville, KS, her brother Del Wayne Fisher of San Diego, CA and her brother, Donald Porter of Pasco, WA. She is survived by her boyfriend and best friend of 10 Years, Roger Lankford, her sister, Rosemary Mortensen, her daughters, Jodee Lynn Combs and husband David, Stacey Lynn Ulery and boyfriend Jimmy Conley all of Haysville, sisters in-law, Mary Fisher of San Diego, CA and Helen Porter of Pasco, WA, four grandsons, Gibson, Logan, Fletcher Combs and Tyler Ulery, three granddaughters, Georgia Combs, Sara and Taylor Ulery also of Haysville. Memorial donations may be made to the residents fund at Diversicare of Haysville, 215 N. Lamar Ave., Haysville, KS 67060. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday July 21, 2013 from 6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M. at The Learning Center, 150 Stewart, Haysville, KS 67060.
