Webb, Lilly Gay, 89, ret. U.S. Dept. of Agriculture secretary, passed away Friday, March 9. She is preceded in death by her husband James and brother Raymond. Survivors: daughter, Betty (Gary) Smith of Denton, TX, Cindy (Elwood) Marshall of Haysville; son, Jim “Ed” (Jamie) Webb of Tecumseh; brother, Ross Sampson of Haysville; sister, Mamie Scott of Wichita; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren. Visitation 1-8pm Monday; funeral service 11am Tuesday, March 13, both at Smith Mortuary, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville.
