85, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Hoobler. Lewis is survived by a host of family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane, 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children — St. Louis, 4400 Clayton Ave, St. Louis, MO, 63110 Attn: Donation.
