Leta Belle Kimble

Leta B. Kimble, age 92, passed away October 21, 2017. Leta was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to many. She worked 23 years as a bank teller at the Mulvane State Bank, then spent 20 years volunteering at the St Joe Hospital in Wichita. Leta is survived by her sons, Dennis (Debbie) Kimble, Chris (Pam) Kimble; grandchildren, Rachel Kimble, Marissa (Nathan) Wood, Nathan (Kallie) Kimble, Elaine (Joseph) Peaks, Lauren (Dusty) Williams; 8 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Barbara Kimble; dear friend, Charles Ott and his family; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Myrtle Blaise; husband, Gayle; siblings, Orpha, Marvell Ancell, Code and Fred Jr. Blaise. Visitation 1-8pm, family greeting 6-8pm Wed. evening, at Smith Mortuary – Mulvane, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd. Funeral 10:30AM Thurs. Oct. 26th, at the Mulvane United Methodist Church, 107 S. Central. Mulvane. A memorial is with the Mulvane UMC.
