Leroy F. Stout, 71, retired Cessna Aircraft Machinist, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Lucille; brother, Jack; sister, Rita. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Stella; children, Angela Navarro (Gibb) of Conway, Arkansas, Max Stout (Laura) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Shirley Dobbs of Haysville; sister, Barbara Sue Nelson of Pensacola, Florida; 6 grandchildren.
