She was preceded in death by her husband, Verner Glen Frazier; son, Leroy Shurtz; step-son, Barry Frazier; three siblings.

Leliah is survived by her daughter, Vicki (Randy) McCleave; grandchild, Dana Hanson; great-grandson, Dustin.
