Leah is survived by her husband, Lance Cardwell; children, Patrick Anthony Swortwood II, Alyssa Dawn (Connor) Swortwood, Ashton (Cody) Clinton, Lauren Cardwell; grandchildren, Loralei Swortwood, Adalynne Swortwood, Waylon Clinton; parents Jody and Chuck Miller; siblings, Lorie (Michael) Moberg, Kevin (Jamie) Miller, Matthew (Amy) Miller
