Larry A. Philpott

Larry A. Philpott, 66, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away Friday, March 16, 2018. He was born October 26, 1951 to Kenneth and Helen (Stevens) Philpott in Cushing, OK. Larry retired from Cessna after 34 years in 2007. He enjoyed feeding the ducks in his back yard. Larry was passionate about watching his grandchildren play sports. He was preceded in death by his parents. Larry is survived by his wife, Patti; children, Anna Sadler and her fiancé, Lucas Scott and Dusti Wilson and her significant other, Kyle Gakeler; grandchildren, Lane Sadler, Ava Sadler, Shelby Cox, Trey Cox, and Rylie Cox; and brother, Kenneth (Nancy) Philpott. Visitation: Tuesday, March 20, 2018, from 1 to 8 pm with family present between 5 & 7 pm. Funeral: 2 pm, Wednesday, March 21, 2018; both at Smith Family Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby, KS 67037.
