Larry Eugene Farber, age 68, of Derby, farmer, stockman and race car owner, died Thursday, February 3, 2011. Visitation 1-8 PM Tuesday with family receiving friends 5-7 PM, Smith Mortuary 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Funeral service 10 AM Wednesday, Woodlawn United Methodist Church. Larry is a member of Mulvane Lodge # 201 A.F. & A.M., York Rite, Midian Shrine Temple and The Royal Order of Jesters. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene & Florence Farber. Survivors: wife, Geri; daughters, Michelle Kelley (Robert), Nancy Mottola (Luciano), all of Mulvane; stepdaughters, Lori Elliott-Bartle (John), Omaha, NE, Tracey Elliott Organ (Patrick), Wichita; brother, Rick Farber, Derby; sisters, Shirley Farber Hukle, Fulton, MS, Gloria Peterson, Keller, TX; grandchildren, Jesse, Aubrey, Kayla, Alex, Sarah, and Ryan.
