Kristin Leigh Florio

Kristin Leigh Florio, age 33, of Rose Hill, loving mother, daughter and sister, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. Visitation 10 am to 4 pm Wednesday, October 10, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby; Recitation of the Rosary 6 pm Wednesday with Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Thursday, October 11, both at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark, Derby. Kristin was born in Wichita, August 13, 1985 to Rick and Lisa Florio, they survive. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Lavon and Jim Dixon; sister, Ashley Florio; cousin, Melissa Chavez; aunts, Kathy Thompson and Katie Florio; and her uncle, Jerry McKeone. Other survivors include her children, Kayleigh, Alivia, Sophia, Jacob, Jackson and Colton; sisters, Jessica King (Thomas), Anna Davis (Kyle), Allison Walker (Jonathan); grandparents, Bernard and Sharon McKeone, Frank and Etta Florio; 7 nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established with the Florio Family Educational Fund.
