Kevin Douglass Dale
September 20, 1969 — April 27, 2017
Kevin Douglass Dale, of Oakland California (formally of Mulvane, KS) recently passed away at the Stanford Medical Center. His 47 year battle with cystic fibrosis is over and he is now enjoying perfect health with his sister Kimberly, his Uncle Mike and both sets of Grandparents.
Mourning his loss are his parents Wayne and Kathleen Dale, his special friend Suzanne Brinkley, many relatives and friends.
A Memorial service will be held at 2pm Sunday, May 21, at Smith Mortuary - Mulvane, 501 S.E. Louis Blvd. with a private family internment on Monday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
