Kenneth "Ken" Ward, of Wichita, 76, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Born Jan. 1, 1940 to Kenneth and Vivian (Simpson) Ward in Webb City, MO. Ken served 3 tours in Vietnam and earned 2 Purple Hearts and 1 Bronze Star. He was preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Kelly Majors. Ken is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, Paul White, Perry (Dayna) White, Kathie (Dennis) Dreiling, and Kasey Leigh Haley; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial service: 1pm, Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Southwest Community Church, 3214 S. Edwards Street.
