Kenneth L. Payne, 89, retired aircraft mechanic, died February 24, 2015 in Kansas City, MO. He was born August 24, 1925 in Dewey County, Oklahoma. Survivors include: James and Dayna Payne, Dr. David Payne and Dr. Elizabeth Bell, Dr. Mark Payne and Dr. Kim Payne, and Don Payne; nine grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Gayle Payne. Funeral 1pm Friday, February 27, 2015 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, 7031 S. Broadway, Haysville, Kansas. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Wichita.
