Keith O. Dudeck

Keith Dudeck, 79, retired minister, passed away Friday, September 27, 2013. He was a beloved son, husband, father and grandfather to his family. Keith worked for the FBI in Washington DC for a short time, before he came back to Kansas to earn his Bachelors at Southwestern College. He earned his Masters of Divinity from SMU in Dallas. He became a United Methodist Minister serving Bloomington, Latham, and Prairie View UMC, Trinity UMC-Hutchinson, Pretty Prairie UMC, WaKeeney UMC, Belle Plaine UMC, First UMC-Newton, Bethel UMC-Wichita, Grace UMC-Winfield and Augusta UMC. He is survived by his wife Joyce; children, Mike Dudeck (GiGi) of El Dorado, Kathy Porter (Martin) of Frisco, TX, Kim Bays (Scott) of Wichita; grandchildren, Bryce Dudeck (Niki), Melissa Porter, Cameron Porter, Emmy Dudeck, Allison Bays, Madison Bays. His parents Forrest and Vena Dudeck and sister Doris Mayo precede him in death. Viewing: 2-8pm, Monday, September 30, 2013 with family present 6-8pm, Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Service: 10am Tuesday, October 1, 2013, Calvary United Methodist Church, 2525 N. Rock Rd., Wichita. Burial: 2pm, Atlanta (KS) Cemetery. Memorials are established with United Methodist Open Door and GraceMed.
