Kay O'Bar

Kay F. O'Bar, 74 years young, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 10, 2018. Kay was one of the original Singing Ledbetter's and pianist at Westside Freewill Baptist Church for many years, as well as former owner of D & S Thrifty Title Service. She is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Dairel O'Bar; parents, Rev. Jack and Nadine (Stone) Ledbetter; sister, Twila. Kay is survived by her son, Lance O'Bar (Jennifer); daughter, Lana Hizey; grandchildren, Kylie, Mack, Will, Mackenzie and Alexandra; brothers, Rev. Glenn Ledbetter (Madge), Rev. Garry Ledbetter (Wanda), Rev. Danny Ledbetter (Rhonda); sisters, Christine Leichner, Betty Jameson, Judy Rogers (Rev. Jerry); several nephews, nieces and extended family. Viewing: 2-8pm Monday at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca with family present to greet friends from 6-8pm. Going Home service: 10am Tuesday, March 13, Westside Freewill Baptist Church, 3310 W. MacArthur. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is established with the church.
