Kathy Fern Biby, 65, passed from this life on May 24, 2022 in Topeka.

Born December 21, 1956 in Oklahoma City, she was the daughter of Chuck and Naomi Florence (Beum) Winters.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Sam, her parents, and two brothers Rick and Chuck Winters. She is survived by her children Lindy (James) English and Richie Biby; grandchildren Levi, Kiara, Tyreese and Nakhai; great-grandchildren Paisley and Elianna; brother Steve Winters and sister Ranae Garrett.

Visitation 3-8pm Tuesday, May 31, Smith Mortuary in Derby. Funeral service 11am Wednesday, June 1, GracePointe Assembly of God in Winfield followed by interment in Highland Cemetery.

A memorial has been established with Park Place Ministry Center in Wichita.
