72, passed away Saturday, August 4th, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Lorene Smith; brothers, Bill Smith, Dean Smith, Curtis Smith; sisters, Nadine Wolf, Linda Norman. Kathryn is survived by her son, Joseph Smith; grandchildren, Kathryn, Jacob, Tresa, David, Tracy, and Danielle; 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Ann Smith, Claudia Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service: 2:00 pm, Friday, August 17th, 2018 at Smith Mortuary, Derby 1415 North Rock Road Derby, Kansas 67037. Private interment will take place at a later date.
